I can help!

Make sure Summit Insight addresses are added to your email whitelist so your access to our content and updates isn’t interrupted.

What’s a whitelist?
An e-mail whitelist is a list of approved e-mail addresses or domain names you can personally select so that spam blocking or filtering programs don’t divert your desired content into the wrong place never to be seen again. I know that’s happened to me countless times!

“But I requested your information by giving my e-mail address — Shouldn’t my Internet Service Provider (ISP) know the difference?”

Unfortunately, spam is so prevalent in today’s online world that ISP’s prefer to take the side of safety, a necessary precaution to protect our computers and make sure customers aren’t inundated with unwanted solicitations and advertising. E-mail services and ISP’s leave it up to you to decide if that content is allowed. Think of it as trying to get into an exclusive club where most people are blacklisted, waiting at the door, and a select few are on the special admit list — that’s the whitelist!
Every e-mail system is unique. Listed below are the top 4 e-mail provider instructions for adding senders to your whitelist. If your e-mail provider isn’t listed, please contact your ISP for their particular instructions. Also keep in mind that if you are using anti-Malware software, you may need to whitelist Summit Insight in that program as well.
