Meet the Presenters
Stephanie Alexander is CEO and Founder of BOOST LLC (Back Office Organizational Support Team). In this role, she is able to seamlessly bridge the different aspects of business, providing customized accounting, contracts, HR, and recruiting services, to meet the specific needs of government contractors. In 2015, Stephanie and a partner founded govmates, a free business development tool for small government contractors. Govmates is a proprietary database of small and emerging government contractors, all of which seek teaming partners to bid on opportunities. Govmates matches small and large government contractors, so they can identify potential teammates. Previously, Alexander was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Administration of Precise Systems, Inc., a professional services SDVOSB Department of Defense contractor. Stephanie Alexander is currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for DC Chapter, Matchmaking Chair of the National Veterans Small Business Coalition (NVSBC).
A native of Norfolk, Virginia, Alexander earned a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She is certified PMP, PMI, has SPHR from HR Certification Institute, SHRM-SCP certified from Society for Human Resource Management and has AM.APMP, Association of Proposal Management Professionals, Shipley Business Development Basic Certification.
