Meet the Presenters

Steve Pimpo is a principal of Greenhouse. A seasoned management consultant, he helps clients grow their business by penetrating new accounts, winning more work, building strategic relationships, identifying new opportunities, and shaping and winning large deals. He has over 25 years experience consulting to companies and federal agencies in senior executive roles at KPMG, BearingPoint, Deloitte, Accenture, and his previous small firm Double Eagle Consulting. Steve has designed and taught business development courses for clients and in corporate settings, including at Accenture’s Global Training Center. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Steve holds an MS degree in business and finance from Johns Hopkins University.

Bill Rossello is a principal of Greenhouse. For over 25 years, he has helped small, middle market and larger companies across a wide range of industries achieve their growth aspirations and address their improvement needs. Bill helps clients develop and implement growth strategies or, when they are ready, prepare the organization for a transaction. Bill also has deep experience in human capital management, product/solution development, account management, post-merger/acquisition integration, and change management. He previously was a partner at KPMG and Deloitte, and a senior executive at BearingPoint. Bill has a BA degree from Duke University and an MBA from the College of William & Mary.

Judy Bradt, Summit Insight’s founder, brings you 30 years’ experience working with more than 7,000 clients across diverse industries who credit her expertise in achieving wins worth in total over $300 million dollars. A dynamic speaker, author, consultant, and trainer, she has been recognized for client service excellence, business growth, contributions to the small business community and the success of women entrepreneurs by organizations including the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). In addition to offering free monthly public webinars on federal contract success and high-value public and private training classes, Judy is the Vice President for Education and Training for the National Veterans Small Business Coalition. She holds a BA from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada.
